Digitisation Services

The Northern Territory Library’s digitisation team works to maximise online access to our collections.

Changes to digitisation service:  We are relocating our digitisation service and equipment throughout the month of June. These moves will enable our digitisation team to more easily access collections, and better service future requests. While we are moving it is going to take us a little longer to get back to you -  but we aim to deliver your request within four weeks. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Digisation Volunteers

Our digitisation lab is supported by an incredible team of volunteers. They source collections from our storerooms, prepare items for digitisation, capture them, process and document them and upload them to our databases. It’s an opportunity to work closely with fascinating historic materials and do your bit to preserve our heritage.
