Crit: A Hypothetical Darwin (EVENT CHANGES DUE TO COVID-19)
- DateTuesday, 18 February 2020 - Tuesday, 21 April 2020
- LocationNorthern Territory Archives Centre, Millner
Please note: the Crit scheduled for Tuesday 24 March will not be going ahead as a precautionary measure against COVID-19. We will keep you up to date with our public programming on Facebook, E-Newsletter and the website.
Decisions about April events will be announced in due course.
A crit is an opportunity to present ideas and receive feedback.
When an architect presents ideas to an individual client there is the opportunity for feedback, a discussion, but how does that dialogue occur when we are designing for an entire community?
Katy Moir, our current creative in residence at the NT Archives has begun to uncover designs and ideas envisaged for Darwin that have never been realised. We invite you to come and be a part of the design process, see what A Hypothetical Darwin has looked like in the past and discuss what it might look like in the future.
Please bring an open critical mind, your unique perspective and a big fat red pen.
